Imaging Neuronal Activity using Light Field Microscopy

Our paper entitled “Simultaneous whole-animal 3D imaging of neuronal activity using light-field microscopy” is now published in Nature Methods. It reports the use of light-field microscopy for fast, large-scale imaging of neuronal activity in vivo.

This work was co-first-authored by Dr. Robert Prevedel (University of Vienna) and Young-Gyu Yoon (MIT), and led by Prof. Ed Boyden (MIT) and Prof. Alipasha Vaziri (University of Vienna).
