Neural Morphology Reconstruction using Expansion Microscopy and RNA Barcoding

Our paper entitled “Feasibility of 3D Reconstruction of Neural Morphology Using Expansion Microscopy and Barcode-Guided Agglomeration” is now published in Frontiers in Computational Neuroscience.  It studies the possibility of dense reconstruction of neural morphology & circuits using optical microscopy (ExM), RNA barcoding and machine learning techniques.
